About Us

AUSPEC Learning was founded by Flor Garcia Touchi (aka Ms. Flor).  Ms. Flor is a Special Education teacher who is passionate about maximizing her students' strengths and potentials. She attained her bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Development and Education at University of California, Davis. She earned her Masters degree in Education and Teaching Credentials at National University soon thereafter.

Ms. Flor builds excellent rapport with her students and parents. She finds that the key to unlock students' success is through building trust.

Our mission at AUSPEC Learning is to provide individualized and “just-right” approach according to each child’s learning abilities. We utilize effective research-based strategies to create a child-centered and therapeutic auspicious environment to enhance their strengths and help them thrive.
